Also if quick javadoc window was resizeable, it will be easier to read
comments. Currently most of comments flow out from javadoc window so a
horizontal scroll is needed which is really annoying. Also I agree with Dave
about this navigation property. Most of time, instead of Shift+F1, I use
Ctrl+Q and if information is not enough for me, I try to open external
javadoc (by jumping another element and navigating back to see tool bar in
javadoc.). You are also right about thiking to make popup window lightweight
but mostly, non-existence of toolbar really annoys.
