That solved my problem too. Looks like another space-in-path bug. I hope IntelliJ guys can reproduce it too.

It seems problem is located. I had Idea placed under
C:\Program Files\IntelliJ\idea644. Please note space
char in path.
I tried to move idea644 directory to C:\. Ooops ... problems flied away. No errors in JSP.
But external resources fetching still does not work :( .
