[Eap-features] = new ... : place intended class on top of list

When creating a new class by intention,
    (see attachment)
IDEA should
  1°/ put the intended class name on top of the list, or
  2°/give some easy way to access it.

Alternatively, it could be
  3°/triggered by [Ctrl-Shift-Space].
Currently, it only gives us a
    "No type suggestions for TicketServer"
