Hi,
As the new ipr-file don't contain any information about the local
environment, it shouls be possible to checkin to SCM and set read-only,
as every developer has there own iws-file writable.
Too bad that every time you give IDEA focus, there is a popup saying
Error
Cannot save project. Project file is read-only.
I assume that the ipr-file only contain data from the project property
dialog.
Suggestion: Only operations that want to change the ipr-file should
result in a warning that this change will not be stored permanent and
only be valid for this session.
