-1 for overriding ctrl+left/right IMO it breaks the users expectations - I've seen similar behavior in atest editor which treated the underscore as word separator - it was extremely annoying (at least for me). Though it might be usefull sometimes, I think that there should be separate keystrokes for this (or not at all - if an action is created, the users could remap the ctrl+left/right from the kbd configuration dialog)
