Select a directory in the project pane and press F1. The list that pops up does not include CVS View.
The reason this is important is that when you do "delete" of a file it is deleted but not committed (another feature asked for in the past). To commit it you then have to find it in the CVS folder view. There is no easy way to get there unless you have another file in the same (or a close-by) directory you can load into the editor and then get to with Alt-F1. It should be easier than this!
