Are these comments really necessary?  I, personally, find them messy and have often 
discovered times when they have not been updated to tally with method/loop changes.

Full, and always correct, information of this nature can be shown by Idea anyway when 
the caret is placed at the closing brace.  Most other editors and IDEs provide bracket 
matching
that allow the user to rapidly find the opening construct also, so I feel they are now 
redundant.
