No, that's the existing tags box I mentioned. This is used for adding of Javadoc tags e.g. <thisisatag>. There is no facility that I know of for adding of javadoc @ keywords.

Have a look at Tools -> IDE Options -> Editor -> Error Highlighting ->
Additional tags. That does what you want.
