One difference between CTRL-E and CTRL-N is that CTRL-N only works for java
classes.  If I have other files (eg, xml files) then they don't show up in
CTRL-N but they do show up in CTRL-E.

I think it may be possible to merge these two functions into one.  In fact, I
sure would like to be able to get to a /file/ by just typing its name in the
CTRL-N window.

Also, you can make the CTRL-E window as big as you want, so I wouldn't want
to loose that functionality.
