Has anyone heard of GuideLayout? A couple of links about it: http://servlet.java.sun.com/javaone/javaone2000/pdfs/TS-1105.pdf
http://www.javaworld.com/javaworld/javaone00/j1-00-seeitday3.html >From some of the initial discussions I've come across, this sounds like it is more powerful than the GridBagLayout and it was designed to be used within a WYSIWYG IDE. Of course, the ability to hand-code is still there, with the added benefit of reduced "panels within panels" to achieve the look you desire. I got the impression it was new with 1.4, but am not able to locate it in the SDK or elsewhere on the web. If it is as good as it sounds, I don't know why they didn't include it. Does anyone know how to get a hold of it? Has anyone here tried it, yet? -sms _______________________________________________ Eap-features mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.jetbrains.com/mailman/listinfo/eap-features
