Title: Build #634 Error with Long File Names
I had this problem.  I was able to solve it by moving IntelliJ to a path that had no spaces.  I'm not sure what the root issue is, but I was not able to get it to work until I removed all the spaces in the path.  Hope this helps.

Hey Everyone,

I just updated from build #630 to #634 and now I'm getting an error when I am trying to launch the idea.bat file.

My installation directory is: "C:\Program Files\IntelliJ" (which has been working fine all along) but with build #634 I get the following error now:

Anyone have a similar problem?
