1) I would like to have the bookmark-window (Shift-F11) a dockable pane like the ToDo-pane, too.
2) There should be a menu item (anything, I can assign a shortcut to), that inserts a bookmark with asking for the bookmark description. These two issues would improve the bookmark usability of IDEA significantly for me. A lower prioritized 3) There should be two menu items, that navigate to the previous or next bookmark. If there is something similar already, it would be useful to show it in the menus, because otherwise it could not be found easily.
