If an external tool is running and IDEA is closed, it presents an OK/Cancel dialog asking whether to terminate the process of the tool. This dialog should instead be a Yes/No/Cancel dialog that does these things: Yes: Closes IDEA and terminates the process. No: Closes IDEA and does not terminate the process. Cancel: Cancels the action, neither closing IDEA nor terminating the process.
