Long time ago I asked for a context menu on the green indicator or the
"marks bar" which would have checkboxes for turning on and of the file
parsing and the different marks..

Currently the menu would be something like this:

* Global Error Checking
* Syntax Errors
* Warnings
* JavaDoc Warnings
* Usages
* Todo

Still not sure if the settings should be per file, per project or per IDE,
but think that such feature shouldn't be too hard to implement and wouldn't
get in the way of the people that dont neeed it.
