Please do NOT join them together.  I always hated that.  I always need one
or the other, rarely ever both.  If I'm working in someone else's module (on
a big team project), I do NOT want to reformat their code to my
preferences... but I DO want to optimize imports after I change things
(adding or deleting code).  These are fundamentally separate operations
(logically), and that is almost always the way I use them.  Right now, I'm
forever having to check and uncheck boxes on that stupid dialog.

I vote to just remove the dialog, thus removing an unnecessary step.
