The scenario could be as follows: if the hint pops up but user pressed "Esc"
then the hint disappears and does not pop up again. If the user wants to
auto-import later, he/she places the caret exactly on the class name and the
yellow bulb or the regular popup prompt appears in a couple of seconds.
