That's simply a matter of personal preference.
One just turns on the features that he likes. Personally, I think that there's
almost as many colors as needed, plus it would be nice to have escaped symbols
line \n highlighted in strings, and also invisible tab symbols. (posted this
already - sorry)

There's no block-level highlighting, only syntax (per-token) highlighting.
Imagine that a source code is a html page with which you can associate css
stylesheet. In css, it's possible to highlight a block of text statically or
dynamically (:hover)
Of course, I'm happy with the current Idea but would be happier with some
additional features, and some of programmers would probably also
