The test/run/debug options in the editor context menu is somewhat confusing.
It isn't immediately clear when test methods should be shown or the test
class. Or, what if I am in a test method and right click, but want to
execute the entire TestCAse?
Maybe the following structure could be used...

goto
Generate
--------
Compile
Run/Debug -> Test <methodname>
-------- Debug <methodname>
---------
Test <classname>
Run <classname>
Debug <classname>
