Add HTML autocompletion into the mix based on your choice of XHTML1.0 or 
HTML4.01 and this would really rock! I love IDEA as an editor plain and 
simple and I'd love to use it for HTML/CSS editting aswell.

BTW, would converting legacy-HTML to XHTML be a kind of refactoring ? :)
