Another enhancement to the find/replace tool is a context sensitive
replace that I used to have in my Emacs days.

When I want to change foo to bar I usually want to replace all Foo with Bar
and all getFoo with getBar etc as it is now I have to do two passes first
with uppercase then with lowercase. It would be nice to do this in one
pass.
