I'd like to have bug reports/requests that have been submitted be
referred to once by requesters and then for the solution to be left in
the capable hands of the JetBrains people.

As different users come across bugs or features they'd like, sure they
can put in their request, but previous complainants chiming in and
saying 'I requested this 2 (or 3 or 4) months ago' or 'This has been
requested 5,000,000 times, please change/fix it soon' only adds to the
already copious quantities of emails to be read.  The JetBrains guys
will surely get a better Idea of how wanted a feature is in user land,
by the number of different people asking for it, rather than the number
of requests from the same people.

Excuse my rant.   :-)
