Actually, I give this idea a big solid, +1 It'd be nice to configure easily some of the following things:
- Whether to show errors or not - Whether to show warnings or not - Whether to show bookmarks or not - Whether to show TODO items or not - Whether to show javadoc errors or not - Whether javadoc errors, if shown, should be 'warning' or 'error' A nice right-click context menu with just some check-mark options would be ideal for quickly being able to turn on and off various error-bar displays.
