As I said in my initial post, I know about 3rd party products,
but I'm "just" looking for a simple answer :

Currently, I start/stop a incremental time before/after the action.
Almost good enough, but not very convenient.
Although there are 3rd party products on the market,
you chose to have IDEA do :
- simple code formatting
- simple code inspection
- code debugging
Why not
- SIMPLE code profiling
I remember, a long time ago, when people were ready to throw away their
license, if IDEA developers were to clog the interface and delay
delivery by adding useless wizardy features like code Inspection.
Now, we are all happy it's there.
I know JTest is better at static code inspection, but I don't need it.
I know OptimizeIt is there, but I just want to know
"How much of these 23 sec. was spent in this xxx() method?"
