it is
non-intuitive, since usually the cvs remove command is there with the other cvs
commands.
so I
always attempt to look for it, then I see it's missing, so I have to use ALT-F1
and later execute the cvs remove from a tree (project, cvs
...)
IMO,
it'd be much better to have the reomve command in place.
