I have two SourceSafe projects within the same repository that both have the same working folder. Idea allows this to be set up, but it only uses the last SourceSafe entry for a given source path, ie. I map '$/proj1' to 'S:\code' and '$/proj2' to 'S:\code' also.
I guess this is somewhat of a feature request, but it's also a bug in that Idea lets you enter in two different SourceSafe paths with the same source path when this behavior isn't supported.
