Yes. In fact, even if I create a new project file and restart, I still experience the problem. It may be related to the number of uncommitted files. I will post again when I reach a commit point regarding whether the commit speeds things up again.

Win2k, build 511, jdk1.3.1, cvs 1.11 using pserver (server is running on
Mandrake 8.1).
My project is about 1700 source files, and about 6000 total files. I
had no problem with cvs integration with build 505, or 2.0.3. In fact,
when I first installed 511, it seemed to work fine. But after about a
full day of use, the IDE now pauses after virtually every keystroke for
~1-3 seconds. This pause goes away when CVS integration is turned off.
I also noticed that with each pause, the IDE's memory usage goes up 2-3
meg.
