Hi Jason.

This seems to be a restriction in VSS - you can't tell from a file which VSS
project it came from if projects have overlapping directories.  We have a
similar situation here, but I work around it by using finer grained
project->directory mappings, or changing the mapping as required.  It's 
project->not
ideal but it works.  Eg. rather than mapping $/project1 to c:\somedir, I
might map $/project1/some/package to c:\somedir\some\package whilst I'm
working on files in that package that I know live in $/project1.
