I think it would be nicer if you had a confirmation dialog when you went to
exit IDEA (as opposed to just switching focus to another app).  Sometimes
you just want to close the editor and abandon any changes, knowing that you
have at least *something* salvagable on disk.  Exiting the app is something
I do infrequently enough for a dialog box not to be annoying.
