If I turn off readonly bit (via some external manual tool) on a file that's open in Idea, it occasionally doesn't let me modify the file (i.e. ignores edit actions). Pressing Synchronize doesn't help. The only workaround I've found is to close and reopen the file. I have seen this in older versions of Idea, including v2.0.3. I see this problem about once a week.
