I really like the fact that IDEA does not have an integrated GUI designer like JBuilder, etc. since I don't do any GUI development at the moment. On the other hand I know some people that use JBuilder for it's GUI designer and since IDEA does not have one, they would not be happy switching from JBuilder to IDEA (which I would like to see). So I wonder if there is a good Swing GUI designer (that does not have the overhead of a full blown IDE) that could be used together with IDEA, i.e. IDEA for coding and the other tool for GUI editing like in JBuilder. Since IDEA synchronizes files very well it would not be any problem keeping both programs open and switching to the appropriate one depending on what you are doing. At least if the other tool would work the same way.
Are there any good such tools you are using or do IDEA users either never develop Swing applications or do it "hardcore" just using the source code?
