[Eap-list] jdk 1.4 : compile & run OK, but "assert" keyword is highlighed in red

When the JDK 1.4 is the target jdk of a project, 
compiling and running goes fine,
but IDEA highlight the "assert" keyword in red.

It even suggest the implementation of 
    private static Object assert;
