Just tried it in 611 -- same problem. This time I tried assigning an unused key combination to Toggle Bookmark, which had no key assignment. After assigning it, the kepmap dialog still shows no assignment for Toggle Bookmark, yet when I close the dialog that key combination does toggle bookmark. Then if I exit and restart IDEA, the assignment is gone.
Am I the only one seeing this problem? Please check if this is reproducable in 611.
