now when the problem with keywords starting with '#' is fixed there is a
problem with comments (I am talking about velocity file type). Velocity
comment symbols are ## (line comment) and #* and *# (block comment) . They
both do not work now (616 & 615) after the keywords were fixed.
Also it looks like IDEA thinks that in any file type strings are quoted with
double and single quotes. That is not neccessarily true so a way to
customize or at least turn it off would be nice...
