I expect the following to piece of code to be indented like so:
System.out.println("Foo"
+ "blah");
However, when I press Enter at the end of the first line, the cursor goes to
the next line below the 'S' of System, i.e. it's not doing line continuation
indentation. If I put the '+' at the end of the first line, it does the
correct line continuation indentation.
