Hi list.
In #616, if I reference a dtd by URI and forget to map the URI to a file as
an external resource, I get the following exception and a pop-up saying
"Internal error occurred" roughly every second. It took a while to work out
what it was (and putting in a valid dtd location fixed it - hooray). This
could be handled more gracefully!
