[Eap-list] Open API and Clearcase

When is the open API coming? I see it marked as "in progress" which makes my mouth water. I am dying for a clearcase integration for refactoring - to the point I will write it myself and give it back to intellij if the API is flexible enough! Any chance of seeing this in the next week or two?
