Then I would create 2 new HTTP servers 1 for each company. Create a program on the old server that determines which company the user needs to go to. That program could then issue some javascript that redirects them to the new server via a port number. If all of your program calls are relative i.e. '<a href=./program>', then they would stay within that HTTP server environment, and it should be okay.
