Ahmed,
The easiest way that comes to mind seems to me to replace Access for Windows by Access for the Web,
but that means you will be doing all of your 5250 applications in a browser.
Another option is HATS which also runs in the browser. These are all IBM products. Let me know if you want to see them.

I want to change the AS400 ordinary signon screeen (green on black)
with a GUI interface for useres to sign on
i want to put my company's logo on it
if there any way to do this......................??
