Is your PDF file in the IFS? If so, something like
the following should work.
Click <a href="/Directory_name/File_name.pdf" target=_blank><u>here</u></a> for
details.

For Qhttp and thats okay. The file is in the path i am pointing to.
Thats what makes this hard to figure out. Any other tips/suggestions
are greatly appreciated. Thanks for any input.
