Subprocedures are in service program CGIDEV2/CGISRVPGM2.
Use command DSPSRVPGM CGIDEV2/CGISRVPGM2 to display service program info,
including subprocedures.

Examples of using subprocedures are in the CGIDEv2 tutorial, available both
-in the Easy400 site starting from page
http://www.easy400.net/cgidev2o/tutorial.htm
-and on your own system (just replace www.easy400.net with the IP address of
your system).
