Hi Jon,

all the documentation can be found on www.microsoft.com

Search for the namespace you want to know about ... as an example:

search for "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:spreadsheet" and then
select tecnical resources, you are then guided to all the tec info
you need.

the namespace represents all ss: tags and attributes because of the
xmlns:ss="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:spreadsheet"
statement in my example, so all attributes like ss:Vertical="Bottom"
should be described there.

I don't know if Office 2000 supports XML, but in general XML requires
fairly updated products to work.

Rgds

Henrik,

Do you happen to know where one can find the formal definitions of this
stuff?  It is OK generating a spreadsheet and using it as the base, but
without knowing what "FullRows" menas for example, it is difficult to go
very far with it.  Also, I am using Office 2000 as are many of my clients -
I don't think the XML support came in until at least the 2003 version did
it?
