Someone once told me that using IBM products was like going on a date with a very nice gentleman who opened your doors, asked where you would like to go and took you home at a reasonable hour.  While using M$ products was like being mugged.   I think that applies to FrontPage as well.

I use Dreamweaver, but I learned HTML before learning to apply it to the
AS/400.  I'd love to try out the tools that come shipped with the
iSeries, but I don't think we've installed them!

Dreamweaver won't reformat your source unless you tell it to, unlike
FrontPage ... but M$ always thinks they need to do stuff for you!

Store your HTML in the IFS.  So much easier to upload and run with.
Dreamweaver even has built in FTP.
