It is actually a customer's machine, but they have TL05207 installed and group SF99529 is at level 61.
 
We did not install anything other than the standard cum and group ptf's.

The latest cum we are on is 5207 SF99530 installed also SF99529 level 61
can you tell me if you are on a higher level? 
We cannot load cum until end of Jan - 
I  have found some PTF's that may be applicable R510SI20810  1000 and R520SI08585 3161

If you are on V5R3, we had this problem when we initially upgraded (it worked fine on previous versions).  However, after installing the latest cum and group ptf's the problem disappeared.
