GetHtmlIfsMult does not use
the HTTP configuration to find the its files. It uses the parameters
passed to it.
Only QTMHHTP1 needs to be authorized to the file and the directories in
the path used to get to it.
It's a good idea to store the external HTML files in a directory that
is not accessible by the browser.
Make sure that the path(s) specified in the GetHtmlIfsMult subprocedure
are correct by copying each complete file name and pasting it into a
WRKLNK or DSPF command from the command line. Also, make sure that
QTMHHTP1 is authorized to each file and the directories in its path.
Feel free to post your CGI program's GetHtmlIfsMult statement.
I hope this helps.

In the httpd.conf I find:
DocumentRoot /www/web03/INTDIR03/DIR/
and at least HTML0003_1.HTML is available in that directory with the
following authorization:
QTMHHTP1 *RWX X X X X
QTMHHTTP *RWX X X X X
What now?
Greetings
