Make sure the ops guys didn't close down ports on you! Ours shut down
everything without telling anyone. Part of S-Ox standards! I had to
ask them to open :8080 back up!

Subject: [Easy400Group] any difference if I use port 80, 8014 or 8080?

I have had users report problems accessing a iSeries site. They have had
no trouble accessing other popular sites.

I was thinking that maybe it was a port issue.

Should it make any difference to the end users if I use port 80, 8080 or
8014?

Is is likely that a corporate firewall or ISP will block access to one
of these HTTP ports?
