I do not think that there really is anything that will do what you want automatically. That feature is great if you want to spread a virus around. Most mail clients do not allow _javascript_ execution any longer, so the "mail it when clicked" should not function. You can have the mailto:html statment in the attachment with the email address already filled in I believe, but the actual send process will have to manual.
