I am trying to use mmail with cgidev2. I am puzzled about some files
that it seems to need, but are not copied to my application library by
the setcgilib command. These are mime, tempid and chars. I don't
know if I should create these in my library or just expect to use the
ones in the mmail library. I also don't know what the "mime" file is
for, as it seems to create a record for each email and that's about
it. Dont' know if it is ever cleaned up. The documentation doesn't
mention these files.
I am also puzzled about what ccsid I am supposed to use for US
English. The Ibm info center says I need a ccsid for a dbcs situation
if dbcs is enabled. It is. The ccsid they suggest is 65535, which is
specifically the one mmail says not to use.
