The directory conf no longer can be found directly in
os.path.join(prefix2, "conf"), but in
os.path.join(prefix2, "lib/petsc/conf")
Thus eb fails because the sanity check looks for a no longer existing
directory.
The easyblock for PETSc needs a modification in the sanity check
depending on the version of PETSc being <3.6.0 or
>=3.6.0
When will this new block be available? Or, is it already available and I
have to ask our installers to install a new easybuild?
