I edited mpi.eb and yes. Now works

But. I don't sure whats happened. Cause now I have problem to download a lot of tar files.

Example:

No critical. I downloaded manually

You won't find many easyconfigs using the "-no-OFED" toolchains and goalf-1.1.0 is quite old. I don't think it's a good choice specially if you are starting a new installation.

I would recommend that you use one of the foss toolchains (https://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild-easyconfigs/tree/master/easybuild/easyconfigs/f/foss) . Select the foss toolchain which better fits your preferences or requirements and tweak the OpenMPI easyconfig included in the toolchain to disable the infiniband support. This way you can reuse any of the available easyconfigs for the foss toolchain that you choose.
