Great work! We will definitely be borrowing this. I noticed you have qiime
in the list of installed modules. Is this just for what they call a base
install or do you have something else going on that gives your users the
rest of the pipeline? I know that a full qiime from source easyconfig has
been on the wishlist for a while.
